Black Bear Hunting
Foster River Camps is now offering guided bear hunts at Thompson Lake.
We are looking for bear hunters out for a great adventure, well away from the hustle and bustle. We are taking bookings (3 hunters/booking maximum) for what could be the bear hunt of a lifetime for you and your group. The most exciting news....this area has never been hunted. The potential for harvesting a huge bear is awesome. In between peak bear hunting times, clients are welcome to experience the great fishing that Thompson Lake has to offer.
The Camp is accessible via chartered float plane from Missinipe, SK and is located 54 air miles to the NorthWest. Have your camera ready for some breathtaking pictures from the air.
Included in the price of your trip:
- Round trip airfare from Missinipe, SK
- 5 days/4 nights accommodation
- Exclusive use of the camp, no other clients will be present during your stay
- 1 bear license per client (harvested or wounded)
- Transportation while hunting/fishing
- Meals can be provided, or you can bring your own (contact for more details)
- Fishing, while not on a bear hunt
- Your harvested animal is cared for by your guide, until your departure
- Hunting from tree stand over bait sites, or from the ground - set up for you by the guide
